All site content (logos, videos, photos) is owned by TGB.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
4.6 Liability Limitation:

TGB is not responsible for payment gateway errors, third-party failures, or indirect damages.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1 Group Campaigns:
Refunds issued if a goal is unmet.
5.2 Custom Campaigns:
Refund issued if plan is rejected before execution.
5.3 Completed Projects:
No refunds once project has started and funds are deployed.
6. Escrow & Financial Transparency Policy

90% of donations go directly to project execution.

10% allocated to operational costs (team, platform maintenance).

Funds for custom projects remain in escrow until the donor approves the plan.
7. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Users must not submit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

By submitting content (photos, ideas), you grant TGB a license to use it for campaign updates and marketing.
8. Email & Marketing Consent Policy

All marketing emails require opt-in.

Users can unsubscribe at any time.

We do not share or sell email addresses.
9. Volunteer & Event Liability Policy

Volunteers participate at their own risk.

TGB is not liable for injuries or damages during field campaigns.
